The Slovenian Pharmaceutical Association (SFD) has been operating since 1950. Pharmacists are members though their regional branches and through their different areas of professional interest. SFD provides a link for those from industry, pharmacy, education and administration, with regular meetings and lectures and an annual symposium. They also publish a professional journal with a current circulation of 3,550.
