Homeopathic practice
Both medical doctors and non-medically qualified practitioners are allowed to practise CAM therapies, including homeopathy. There is no official regulation in place.

Directive 2001/83/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the Community code relating to medicinal products for human use, which includes homeopathic medicinal products, has been implemented into the Wet van 8 februari 2007 tot vaststelling van een nieuwe Geneesmiddelenwet, the Medicines Act of 8 February 2007.
