Federazione Italiana della Associacioni e dei Medici Omeopatici (FIAMO) was founded in May 1990 and its objectives include (amongst other) the encouragement of the development and promotion of homeopathy, representation of homeopathy at a political and legislative level, and support of continuous research in homeopathy.
